Ped Hospitalist â€“ brand new opening - This is an employed position and the total compensation package is at the 50th MGMA

percentile - a salary of $140,000 with a $20,000 annual bonus based on client satisfaction for a total of $160K. Benefits include

paid vacation, CME, 401(k) retirement, and a generous relocation/moving allowance that includes a house-hunting trip. Staffing

is 2 days on/2 days off followed by 3 days on/3 days off during the busy season and 7 days on/7 days off during the

summer months.

Metropolitan area in Jackson, MS - has a population of 440,000. Known as the â€œCrossroads of the Southâ€

because of its geographic location, is only 3 Â½ hours from Memphis, 3 hours from New Orleans, 5 Â½ hours from

Atlanta, and 6 hours from Dallas. Primarily known for its southern hospitality and relaxed lifestyle, Jackson

offers all of the amenities of a large city without the congestion or faster pace.
