My partners and I are all seasoned hospitalists that are employed by the hospital's program. We have an opportunity to start a new program at another hospital but we have no idea on how to do the finances. Where do we get information on how to set up our charges and financial contracts with the hospital? How do we bill for our services? Is there info or statistics that can help us set up?
